Do I need to log into the website to get Daily Santa Texts or Elf Texts?

No. Text messages from Santa and Elf Texts are sent directly to phones through Santa's SMS and MMS services. No need to be logged in.

I told my friend to enter their name in the Naughty or Nice List but they didn't see my personalizations.

Only those logged in to the account will see the personalized products.

I sent the Elf Text to the name of my friend, but her name showed up twice.

When you complete the Elf Text form, one of the fields you fill out is the Name field. We use that to add the greeting. No need to add it again in the body of the message.
